Ohai 2010

Ummmmmm, I haven't blogged in a really long time. And last night, Vanessa sent me an email. And for those of you who DON'T know Vanessa.... She's not very OPEN with her feelings to the public. The public, being LA/the valley's greatest lurkers. You all know who you are.. Don't be ashamed. I'm pretty good at it too. But some of you.. are pretty fckin' good at it!! Because as soon as you put something on FB, twitter, or anything... everyone with the 818 area code probably knows your business.. As for me, I usually don't give a shit (anymore).. Hence this blog, open twitter, facebook, blah blah blah. But vanessa.. She doesn't really keep that shit open. She keeps to drama and feelings to herself for the most part. (with the great exception of her family & friends.) She has a twitter, but she twitters about like.. the weather. She doesn't fill out those stupid surveys that we're all guilty of filling out, or do all that shit that I enjoy doing..

Anyway, back to my story. I get an e-mail from Vanessa.. and it's a survey!! WTF.
Subject titled: "done studying for the night, got so bored and did this -_-"
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.. I've never laughed so hard in my life and I was soooo excited because she never does these things.

I'm not sure where I'm getting at, but this compelled me to start blogging again. I think it's because I enjoy reading what other people have to say. And V reminded me that I enjoyed doing this for fun... More like my venting, and properly documenting adventures worth remembering, and my indirect "I have to talk to you" type posts.
And the truth is that I barely talk to anyone anymore. The only people I really talk to on a regular basis are the girls: V, Hazel, Mar & Jose. Otherwise, I keep up with everyone through facebook & twitter.

Whatever, I'm losing track of what I wanted to do.

But since it's been like 7 months since I've last posted anything. I will fill out the survey that Vanessa posted for fun.

But before that.. I did super great on my last semester, and just started my new semester.. I won't be graduating in May like I thought I would be but hoping to be by the end of this year (calendar year)... Eh, not really what I was hoping for, but things happen. Right? Otherwise, congratulations to my classmates who just graduated, and to those who are finishing in May. I'll be there soon!!
I just started my new semester and I'm hoping to be delivering some babies in March/April.... uhh, not MY babies, but some babies. Lots of VA-jayjay but I'm alllll about it. I've been working at the hotel for about 6 months now & I love it. This job is probably one of the greatest things that's happened to me since I got to SD because it has kept me busy, I've made new friends, & meet new people every day. It's kept me here in SD on the weekends which helps me cope with being away from home.. And most of you know that's REALLY what I needed. Haven't really found my niche here or group of friends out here yet... But I figure if I stick it out for another year then I can come home and not worry about it ever again... But to those friends that I have made out here, you guys are really the greatest & I'm still thankful that you guys do your best to include me and try to make me feel at 'home.'
